Coming from the North or West:
Take State Route 2 East until it ends, you are then on State Route 20. Continue on State Route 20 past the big Walmart. The office is located in the Lake Hospital Madison Medical Campus on the North side of the street (on your right). There is a Classic dealership across the street (on the South side) & on the same side past (East of) the Madison Campus. The address is 6270 N. Ridge Road (also known as State Route 20) and the building is set back off the street.
Coming from the East:
Take State Route 20 West. The office is located in the Lake Hospital Madison Medical Campus on the North side of the street (on your left). Coming from the South:
Take Interstate 90 to the State Route 44 exit. Take State Route 44 North to State Route 2 (bearing right). Take State Route 2 East until it ends, you are then on State Route 20.
